Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all aspects of the dealership's sales operations (General Sales Manager)
  • Develop, coach, and motivate Sales Managers and sales professionals (General Sales Manager)
  • Establish and monitor sales, gross profit, and performance goals (General Sales Manager)
  • Drive new and pre-owned vehicle sales and profitability (General Sales Manager)
  • Oversee inventory levels, aging, merchandising, and vehicle acquisition (General Sales Manager)
  • Partner with Finance Managers to maximize performance and opportunities (General Sales Manager)
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team (General Sales Manager)
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activity (General Sales Manager)
  • Maintain high standards for customer satisfaction and dealership presentation (General Sales Manager)
  • Work closely with senior management to achieve overall dealership objectives (General Sales Manager)
