Responsibilities
- Greet arriving customers.
- Show vehicles and explain features and warranties.
- Answer questions about cars, financing, and purchases.
- Accompany test drives, collecting licenses and documents first.
- Negotiate prices and trade-in values.
- Coordinate with finance on customer options.
- Follow up with past customers.
