That's why we teach our Sales Advisors how to build relationships through social media, video, text messaging, and digital communication—not just on the showroom floor. Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoys meeting and helping people
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Comfortable communicating both in person and online
• Interested in learning modern sales and marketing techniques
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Available to work Saturdays and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right vehicle while building lasting relationships throughout the buying process.
• Learn our products, guide customers through their options, and become a trusted resource before, during, and after the sale.
• Build relationships through social media, video, text messaging, and digital communication.
• Build a personal brand, create automotive content, and learn how successful sales professionals generate business online.
