Previous automotive sales experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The Sales Advisor will assist customers in finding the right vehicle, build relationships throughout the buying process, and become a trusted resource. Training will include guidance from the management team on negotiations and closing deals, with opportunities to independently handle the entire sales process as skills develop. The role also involves modern sales techniques, including building relationships through social media, video, text messaging, and digital communication, with support for developing personal brands and creating automotive content.
