We are seeking a detail-oriented and energetic entry-level Recruiter Coordinator to join our recruiting team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, enjoys working with people, and wants to play a key part in guiding candidates and managers through the hiring process. No prior recruiting experience is required, just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn! Position Overview: The Entry-Level Recruiter Coordinator will provide support with day-to-day hiring tasks, helping to keep the process organized and efficient. This role includes scheduling interviews, posting jobs, and assisting with new hire paperwork. Training will be provided.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or recruiting support role preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); ATS experience a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and proactive.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen for illegal substances
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with applicants about interview details, status updates, and next steps.
  • Maintain accuracy of applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruiting records.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including collecting paperwork and preparing orientation materials.
  • Partner with the recruiter to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team.
  • Post open jobs online and update listings as needed.
  • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and managers.
  • Keep applicant files and tracking systems up to date.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks for the recruiting team
