We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter & Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruiter & Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for potential candidates. Your main goal will be to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process that results in the selection of the best candidates for our organization. You will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand the needs of the organization and identify the best talent to meet those needs. The successful applicant will be expected to perform both traditional recruiting (sourcing, interviewing) duties as well as administrative (new hire processing) duties.
