Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on exempt-level roles
  • Workday ATS experience (strong preference for hands-on recruiting workflow ownership)
  • Proven recruiting success across one or more of the following areas:
  • Sales
  • Engineering / Technical Talent
  • Leadership & Management
  • Manufacturing / Industrial / Engineering environments
  • Experience coordinating high-volume interview scheduling
  • Working knowledge of recruiting compliance, pre-hire processes, and employment verification requirements

Responsibilities

  • Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Source qualified candidates for Sales, Engineering, Technical, Management, and Leadership roles.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, employee referrals, and passive sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain active pipelines for high-priority and recurring requisitions.
  • Execute initial outreach and sustain ongoing candidate engagement.
  • Workday ATS Administration
  • Manage requisitions end-to-end in Workday ATS, including requisition creation, status updates, and workflow progression.
  • Track candidate movement through the hiring process while ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Partner with hiring managers using Workday dashboards, reports, and system updates.
  • Ensure adherence to internal audit and recruiting compliance requirements.
  • Candidate Screening & Hiring Manager Support
  • Conduct phone screens to evaluate experience, technical alignment, and role fit.
  • Provide hiring managers with detailed screening summaries and candidate recommendations.
  • Prepare candidates for interview stages, expectations, and timelines.
  • Interview Coordination
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, cross-functional stakeholders, and panel participants.
  • Manage high-volume interview scheduling while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain timely communication with all interview participants.
  • Pre-Hire & Compliance
  • Coordinate background checks, drug screens, and pre-employment verifications in alignment with company policy.
  • Offer & Start Date Coordination
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to finalize offers and confirm start dates.
  • Ensure smooth handoff to HR partners for onboarding and new hire transition.
