Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
  • Ability to follow instructions and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the shift
  • Lifting and carrying detailing supplies and equipment
  • Working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Use of cleaning chemicals, pressure washers, and detailing equipment

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous automotive detailing or vehicle reconditioning experience preferred; training available for the right candidate
  • Familiarity with automotive detailing tools, chemicals, and safety procedures preferred
  • Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles a plus

Responsibilities

  • Clean, detail, and prepare vehicles for customer delivery, display, and inventory presentation
  • Perform comprehensive interior and exterior vehicle reconditioning
  • Wash, vacuum, and shampoo vehicle interiors
  • Remove stains, odors, and contaminants from vehicle interiors
  • Perform light paint touch-ups and paint correction
  • Polish and restore vehicle exteriors to dealership standards
  • Clean, dress, and detail wheels and tires
  • Operate pressure washers and detailing equipment safely and effectively
  • Drive and move vehicles throughout the dealership property
  • Inspect vehicles for cleanliness, appearance, and quality before completion
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Properly handle and store detailing chemicals, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist with general cleanup duties throughout the service and detailing areas
  • Follow established dealership processes and quality standards
  • Stay informed on detailing techniques, products, and industry best practices
