Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling cash and processing payments
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Ability to complete pre-employment screening, including background check, MVR, and drug test

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide excellent customer service to customers, guests, and employees
Process customer payments by cash, check, and credit card
Calculate customer bills and process repair orders using the dealership's computer system
Accurately issue receipts and provide change when needed
Reconcile cash, checks, and credit card payments at the end of each shift
Direct customer questions and concerns to the appropriate Service Advisor or department
Handle customer concerns with professionalism, integrity, and poise
Assist with general clerical and administrative duties as needed
Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area
