We're one of Central Ohio's fastest-growing dealer groups, representing 13 brands across 17 locations including Newark, Pataskala, Circleville, Heath, Chillicothe, Marysville, Lancaster, Lewis Center, and Dublin. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic math proficiency, attention to detail, and familiarity with office technology or dealership software.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to handle inquiries or complaints with poise.
- Organized and friendly personality
- Professional personal appearance
- Team oriented and self-motivated
- Able to work with little supervision
Responsibilities
- Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments, calculate bills, and issue accurate receipts.
- Greet customers warmly at the cashier window, answer billing inquiries, and direct complex questions to service advisors.
- Balance cash drawers daily, prepare bank deposits, and track daily transaction records.
- File repair orders, answer incoming phone calls, and assist other departments with basic clerical tasks.
