About The Position

Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Quick Lane Service Advisor. As the first point of contact for customers utilizing our Quick Lane service, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and efficient service experience. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive service advisory role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Computer literacy, including familiarity with service management software
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Listen to customer concerns and questions regarding their vehicles
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about Quick Lane services
  • Perform vehicle inspections and recommend necessary services based on manufacturer guidelines and customer needs
  • Schedule service appointments and manage the Quick Lane service queue efficiently
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services
  • Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies and Quick Lane service offerings
  • Collaborate with other team members, including technicians and support staff, to ensure a seamless customer service experience
  • Other duties assigned
