  • Lead local hiring, capacity planning, and capability building to meet project demands.
  • Act as the primary coach for your team, managing performance reviews, upskilling, and "attrition defense" to ensure continuity.
  • Serve as the internal "concierge" for HR, IT, and Finance; approve timesheets and manage global back-office capacity.
  • Provide high-level guidance across E-Drive and Driveline domains to resolve complex engineering challenges.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet On Time Delivery (OTD) and First Time Right (FTR) standards.
  • Act as the face of Segula to Client Program Managers, providing weekly progress reports and aligning on priorities.
  • Optimize global project margins (GM%), manage Purchase Orders (POs), and track fund depletion.
  • Support Key Account Managers (KAM) by identifying upselling opportunities and staff level increases.
  • Coordinate CCD, CN, PER, and ICD processes to ensure consistency across programs.
  • Monitor Supplier Quality Scores (SQS) and implement RETEX (Return of Experience) to standardize local processes.

Benefits

  • All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
