About The Position

This role focuses on becoming an expert in automotive products and customer interaction within a dealership setting. The training provided will cover a comprehensive range of topics, from utilizing CRM systems and understanding daily tasks to in-depth product knowledge and customer satisfaction. You will gain insights into various dealership departments, learn about essential paperwork, and master customer follow-up processes. The position requires adherence to strict non-negotiable requirements and standards related to individual conduct, work organization, and knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize Customer Retention Management system (CRM)
  • Provide step-by-step guidance on customer interaction
  • Manage daily tasks
  • Conduct product training
  • Engage with the Business Development Center (BDC)
  • Complete online manufacturer training
  • Gain knowledge of other dealership departments (Service/Parts/Body Shop)
  • Understand paperwork processes
  • Emphasize the importance of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
  • Handle conflict resolution
  • Learn the inner workings of the automobile business
  • Manage the delivery process
  • Implement customer follow-up processes and manage appointments
  • Understand Finance and Insurance (F&I) products
  • Visit other dealerships
  • Set objectives or quotas and develop action plans to achieve goals
  • Plan daily work activities
  • Maintain a positive owner-follow-up system
  • Communicate openly with management
  • Learn customer buying motivations and how to meet diverse customer needs
  • Know company sales and credit policies
  • Develop thorough product knowledge of own products and general knowledge of competitive products
  • Follow a sales plan with every customer
