About The Position

Located in Panama City, FL, John Lee Nissan is a trusted dealership offering a wide selection of new and pre-owned vehicles, including cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs. In addition to our extensive inventory, we provide comprehensive auto repair services for all makes and models at our Express Super Service Center. Our dealership is committed to providing top-tier service and fostering strong relationships within the community. This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Owned Sales position located in the Greater Panama City Area. The Pre-Owned Sales Associate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, assisting clients in finding suitable pre-owned vehicles, and achieving sales goals. The role involves conducting vehicle presentations, providing outstanding customer service, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory, and supporting the sales team as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, effectively convey information, and ensure a positive customer experience
Proven Sales experience and ability to achieve performance goals
Knowledge of the automotive industry and familiarity with vehicle features is a plus
Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or automotive-related fields is an advantage
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
