You’ll go beyond "selling cars"—you’ll be a trusted advisor helping neighbors find the perfect Chevy, GMC, or pre-owned vehicle for their lifestyle. What Your Day Looks Like: Create "Wow" Moments: Greet guests with professionalism and high energy, ensuring their visit is the best part of their day. Become an Expert: Master the latest tech and features of our Chevy and GMC lineups (don’t worry, we’ll help you get there!). The "Grand Tour": Lead exciting vehicle walkarounds and test drives that highlight the "cool factor" of our inventory. Build Your Network: Use our CRM and digital tools to stay connected with your customers, turning one-time buyers into lifelong friends and referrals. Drive Results: Collaborate with our finance and service teams to hit monthly goals and celebrate collective wins with a team that cheers with you. What You Bring to the Table: A Great Attitude: You’re motivated, professional, and have a "can-do" spirit. Along with having people skills, being able to talk to anyone, anywhere, anytime. Communication Skills: You can explain complex info in a way that’s clear, friendly, and easy to understand. Also displaying confidence in how you present yourself in a day to day setting. Tech-Readiness: You’re comfortable using apps and digital retailing tools to stay organized and up to date on info and leads. Experience? If you have it, great! If not, we will train the right candidate. We value personality and work ethic above all else. The Essentials: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
