Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and build lasting relationships through exceptional service.
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by understanding their wants and needs.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, technology, safety systems, and benefits.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives.
- Assist customers throughout the purchase or lease process.
- Maintain follow-up communication with customers before and after delivery.
- Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, and industry trends.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and opportunities.
- Participate in dealership and manufacturer training programs.
- Support a positive team environment and contribute to dealership success.
