Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, professional experience for every guest from the moment they arrive.
Help guests find the right vehicle by demonstrating features, benefits, and technology during test drives.
Stay up to date on product knowledge, new model features, and manufacturer updates to confidently answer customer questions.
Introduce guests to the technology and features of their new vehicle at delivery, ensuring they feel comfortable.
Follow up with guests after delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any additional questions.
Travel to customers' homes or other agreed-upon locations for vehicle deliveries or product demonstrations.
Work closely with Sales and Service teams for a smooth customer experience.
Ensure every vehicle is fully prepared and meets all delivery standards before customer ownership.
Transport vehicles between dealerships as needed.
Help keep new and used vehicle inventory clean, organized, and displayed according to dealership standards.
Create and maintain vehicle key tags and other inventory-related materials.
Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
