About The Position

The Pohanka Automotive Group is looking for Full Time and Part-Time Porters to join our team in Chantilly, VA. We are looking for individuals who are dedicated, enjoy working with others, and have a willingness to go above and beyond to take care of our customers and team. Requirements

Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
Must be at least 19 years of age
Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
Punctual
Team player
Positive attitude
Full-time with weekend availability
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

Maintain vehicle inventory appearance and performance
Organize vehicles
Effectively communicate with other members of the Service and Sales Department including members of management
Lead and maintain an organized parking area and service lane (barricades, directing traffic, etc.)
Park, retrieve and protect cars
Daily lot walk-arounds to ensure vehicle security
Basic cleaning responsibilities
Assist in ways that could help benefit the customer experience or fellow employees
Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly
