Requirements

• A strong desire to grow into a Service Advisor role
• Positive, professional attitude and strong communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow direction
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service

Responsibilities

• Assist with vehicle intake and movement for service appointments
• Clean and detail vehicle exteriors and interiors
• Replenish fluids and perform simple tasks like battery replacements
• Organize and maintain the lot and service area
• Create and manage key tags and vehicle tracking
• Shadow and assist Service Advisors to learn customer service processes
• Deliver and pick up vehicles as needed
• Support the service team with various tasks
