Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely operate vehicles, including manual transmission
- Strong customer service skills and professional communication
- Ability to handle machinery and perform physical tasks safely
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check, motor vehicle record check, drug test, and credit report
- Ability to perform essential job functions and follow safety guidelines

Responsibilities
- Remove vehicle protective coverings and ID tags before delivering completed vehicles to customers
- Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damages prior to customer delivery; report any damage immediately
- Clean interior and exterior of new and used vehicles to dealership standards
- Maintain a neat and orderly vehicle lot, moving units as directed and according to display standards
- Pickup and deliver vehicles to and from storage areas
- Test batteries of customer vehicles in the service drive
- Maintain building and grounds as needed
- Assist with shop cleanup and manage deliveries when required
- Lead yourself and support the team in alignment with the company vision and mission
