Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to safely operate vehicles, including manual transmission.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude.
  • Ability to handle machinery and equipment safely.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR), drug test, and credit report where applicable.
  • Capable of performing all essential job duties safely and effectively.
  • Willingness to comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Lead yourself and support the team aligned with our company vision and mission.
  • Remove protective coverings and identification tags from vehicles before customer delivery.
  • Thoroughly inspect vehicles for stains, debris, or damages and report issues immediately.
  • Clean both interior and exterior of new and used vehicles to maintain high standards.
  • Keep the vehicle lot organized, moving units according to dealership display standards.
  • Pick up and deliver vehicles to and from storage locations as required.
  • Test batteries on customer vehicles in the service drive.
  • Maintain the building and grounds to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with shop clean-up and deliveries when needed.
