Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to safely operate vehicles, including manual transmission
Strong customer service skills
Ability to handle machinery and equipment safely
Eligibility to work in the United States
Ability to pass pre-employment checks including background, motor vehicle record, drug test, and credit report
Commitment to perform all duties with safety and professionalism

Responsibilities

Support the company vision by leading yourself and collaborating effectively with team members
Remove protective coverings and identification tags from vehicles before delivery to customers
Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, or damage and immediately report any issues
Clean the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles to dealership standards
Maintain lot appearance by organizing vehicles and moving them as directed
Transport vehicles between storage and sales or service areas
Test batteries of customer vehicles parked in the service drive
Assist in maintaining building and grounds cleanliness
Help with shop clean-up and receive deliveries as needed
