Job Details Salary: $16 to $17 per hour Job Type: Full Time Location: Stewartsville, NJ 08865 Position Overview The Automotive Porter Lot Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining the appearance and condition of vehicles on the dealership lot. This position involves interaction with service and sales staff as well as customers, ensuring every vehicle delivered meets our quality standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with the ability to operate an automobile safely
Experience handling machinery safely
Strong customer service skills
Ability to perform essential duties efficiently and with attention to safety
Authorization to work in the United States
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings including background check, motor vehicle record review, drug test, and credit report

Responsibilities

Support the company’s Vision and Mission through strong teamwork and leadership
Remove protective coverings and identification tags from vehicles prior to delivery
Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damage; promptly report any issues
Clean both interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
Maintain an orderly vehicle lot by moving cars according to dealership display standards
Transport vehicles between the lot and storage areas
Test customer vehicle batteries in the service drive
Assist with building and grounds maintenance as needed
Participate in shop clean-up and deliveries when required
