About The Position

Madison Honda is a reputable automotive dealership committed to providing excellent customer service and quality vehicles. We are currently seeking a dedicated Automotive Porter Lot Attendant to join our team on a part-time basis. The Automotive Porter Lot Attendant supports the maintenance and service of vehicles by performing various duties related to vehicle preparation, delivery, and lot management. This role requires strong attention to detail and daily interaction with multiple departments and customers to ensure complete satisfaction with vehicle delivery.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the past three years
Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
Strong customer service skills
Safe operation of machinery and vehicles
Authorization to work in the United States
Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle records review, drug test, and credit report
Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Responsibilities

Lead yourself and contribute positively to the team aligned with our company vision and mission
Remove vehicle protective coverings and identification tags before delivering vehicles to customers
Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, or damage and report any issues immediately
Clean both the interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
Maintain a neat and orderly vehicle lot, moving vehicles as directed to meet dealership display standards
Transport vehicles from storage to the dealership and vice versa
Test batteries of customer vehicles parked in the service drive
Assist with building and ground maintenance as needed
Support shop clean-up and delivery tasks when required
