The Automotive Porter Lot Attendant plays a vital role in maintaining and servicing vehicles to ensure an excellent customer experience. This position requires interaction with various departments including Product Specialists, Service Managers, Sales Managers, support staff, and customers. The Attendant ensures vehicles are delivered in pristine condition and the lot is well maintained.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license and ability to operate vehicles safely
Ability to handle machinery responsibly
Strong customer service skills
Ability to perform all essential job duties effectively
Authorization to work in the United States
Willingness to comply with pre-employment screening including background check, motor vehicle record review, drug test, and credit report
Commitment to performing duties in a safe manner

Responsibilities

Lead yourself and work collaboratively to support the company’s vision and mission
Remove vehicle protective coverings and identification tags before vehicle delivery
Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, or damage, and report any issues immediately
Clean both interior and exterior of new and used vehicles
Maintain a neat and orderly vehicle lot, moving vehicles as directed according to dealership standards
Pick up and deliver vehicles to storage areas
Test batteries of customer vehicles on the service drive
Maintain building and grounds as needed
Assist with shop cleanup and deliveries when required
