About The Position

Rydell Auto Center, a leading automotive retailer in North Dakota, is seeking qualified and flexible candidates for its growing Parts team. The Automotive Parts Sales Specialist will assist wholesale customers with their parts needs, including identifying correct parts, providing accurate pricing, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication and customer service skills, along with a solid understanding of automotive parts and accessories.

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience with Parts
• Ability to collaborate, interpret and communicate information that is not always straightforward
• Must have an outgoing personality
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• Interested candidates must possess a valid driver's license and have a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Quote, sell and process Parts orders
• Answer phones in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain current product knowledge in accordance with GM and company standards
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Coordinate parts ordering and delivery process
• Notify Service Advisor when parts are available
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
