About The Position

Fenix Parts is hiring motivated Automotive Parts Pullers to remove and retrieve recycled OEM automotive parts. The role involves hands-on mechanical work, using hand and power tools to disassemble vehicles, documenting and tagging parts, and preparing them for staging and shipping. Work is performed outdoors year-round in changing weather conditions. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and opportunities for career advancement across the company’s 35+ locations.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds.
• Provide your own basic tools and willingness to grow your toolkit.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove automotive parts, including doors, fenders, seats, and dashboards.
• Use hand and power tools to disassemble vehicles and retrieve parts.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
