About The Position
Fenix Parts is hiring motivated Parts Pullers to remove and prepare recycled OEM automotive parts. This hands-on role involves disassembling vehicles, identifying and documenting parts, and moving them to staging areas for shipping. The work is outdoors year-round in all weather and requires repeated lifting of up to 75 pounds. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and opportunities to advance across the company's 35+ locations. Compensation is described as competitive and performance-based.
Requirements
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong commitment to safety.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather, including heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind.
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 pounds.
- Own basic tools and willingness to grow your toolkit.

Responsibilities
