About The Position

Rydell Chevrolet is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Automotive Parts Outside Wholesale Salesperson to join our growing Parts Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys building customer relationships, growing business, and working independently while representing one of the most respected dealerships in the area. As an Outside Wholesale Salesperson, you'll serve as the face of Rydell Chevrolet's wholesale parts operation, helping automotive repair facilities and commercial accounts find the parts they need while delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Automotive parts experience preferred
  • Outside sales or account management experience preferred
  • Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to meet performance expectations
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • Pre-Employment Drug Screen
  • Background Check

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers
  • Prospect and develop new wholesale business opportunities
  • Visit automotive repair facilities and commercial accounts regularly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the Parts Department
  • Assist customers with parts inquiries, pricing, availability, and ordering
  • Promote Rydell Chevrolet's products, services, and programs
  • Follow up on customer concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Track deliveries and assist in resolving order issues when needed
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Represent Rydell Chevrolet positively and professionally at all times
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
