About The Position

The Parts Driver is responsible for the safe, timely, and accurate delivery and pickup of automotive parts, supplies, and documents between the dealership, vendors, and customers. This position supports the Parts Department by ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining delivery schedules, and assisting with warehouse and inventory functions as needed.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely operate a vehicle in varying traffic and weather conditions.
• Must pass background check and drug test

Nice To Haves

• Previous driving, parts, warehouse, or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver automotive parts and accessories to wholesale and retail customers in a timely manner.
• Pick up parts, cores, and supplies from vendors and other dealership locations.
• Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Obtain necessary signatures and maintain delivery documentation.
• Safely operate company vehicles in accordance with all traffic laws and dealership policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle and report any maintenance needs.
• Assist with stocking, organizing, and receiving inventory in the parts department.
• Load and unload parts and materials safely.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service during all deliveries and pickups.
• Communicate delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to management.
• Assist with general parts department duties as assigned.
