About The Position

This is a full-time position for an Automotive Parts Delivery Driver at Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail in Indian Trail, NC. The role involves loading parts onto the truck for daily deliveries, delivering parts to customers according to a schedule, and collecting payment or purchase orders. The driver will also be responsible for organizing documentation, assisting in the loading area and stock room, maintaining a mileage log, and ensuring the cleanliness and regular maintenance of the delivery vehicle. The position requires demonstrating company values in all interactions and adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Requirements

• One year of experience in the automotive field preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license
• Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check

Responsibilities

• Load parts on truck for that days deliveries
• Deliver parts to customers according to delivery schedule
• Collect payment for delivered goods or obtain purchase order when applicable
• Organize documentation and receipts at end of day for parts manager
• Assist in loading area and stock room as needed
• Maintain an accurate mileage log for all deliveries
• Responsible for cleanliness of delivery vehicle and that vehicle maintenance is performed on a regular basis
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards
