Requirements

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, parts catalogs, and dealership software is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend extended periods standing, walking, and moving inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist service technicians and retail customers by identifying and supplying the correct parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocking and organizing inventory.
• Process parts orders, invoices, and warranty transactions accurately.
• Receive, inspect, and properly label incoming shipments.
• Communicate with vendors to source parts when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages or fast-moving items.
• Work collaboratively with the service department to maximize efficiency and minimize vehicle downtime.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
