This role is central to the dealership's daily operations, involving close collaboration with technicians, service advisors, customers, and colleagues to ensure accurate and efficient parts delivery. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of automotive parts, enjoy assisting people, and thrive in a busy dealership setting.

Requirements

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred
• Dealership experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership systems
• Dependable, organized, and ready to be part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, wholesale customers, and retail customers with parts needs
• Look up and identify the correct parts using dealership systems and catalogs
• Provide accurate pricing, availability, and estimated delivery information
• Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders
• Maintain organized and accurate parts inventory
• Receive, stock, and properly label incoming parts as needed
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates regarding order status and availability
• Build strong relationships with internal departments and outside customers
• Help keep the Parts Department organized, efficient, and moving throughout the day
• Support the Parts Manager and team wherever needed
