About The Position
Join Our Team at Tulley Automotive Group! Tulley Automotive Group is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Parts Counterperson to join our busy BMW parts department. This position plays a key role in supporting both our service technicians and retail/wholesale customers by providing accurate parts lookups, maintaining inventory flow, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Requirements
- Previous automotive parts experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts systems and terminology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
Nice To Haves
- BMW experience is a plus, but not required
- Dealertrack software experience is helpful
Responsibilities
- Assist service technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with parts needs
- Accurately identify and source OEM parts and accessories
- Process parts orders, invoices, returns, and special orders
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with stocking and receiving
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members
- Help ensure efficient workflow within a high-volume parts department
