Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts counter sales preferred.
- Dealership experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of automotive components and vehicle systems.
- Experience with dealership management systems such as Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar is helpful.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers with automotive parts sales.
- Identify and source the correct OEM and aftermarket parts using electronic parts catalogs.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment.
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure timely parts availability.
- Prepare invoices, process payments, and coordinate special orders.
- Keep the parts department organized, clean, and customer-ready.
- Promote parts specials and additional products when appropriate.
