About The Position

Our Auto value store of Cheboygan, MI is currently seeking an experienced person for a Full-Time local Counter Sales position with the grit and drive to quickly move into a Manager trainee. This is an in-store sales/customer service position with many training opportunities for advancement. Automotive experience and or knowledge is required for a minimum of 3 years. A Counter Sales position is the front line sales positions for all of our Auto-Wares Company Stores. We are looking for energized personalities with outstanding communication skills. Planning for your success, Auto Wares arms all Counter persons with multiple training opportunities and other tools to ensure that they are providing the best service to our customers.

Requirements

• Automotive experience and or knowledge is required for a minimum of 3 years.
• REPREVIOUS EXPERIENCE in the automotive aftermarket field
• Valid Driver’s License
• No major violations
• No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
• No more than one at-fault accident
• Must be at Least 18 Years of Age
• Pass Physical & Drug Screen
• Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms
• Ability to commute/relocate: Cheboygan, MI. 122 S. Main Cheboygan 49721 commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Processing Returns Promptly and Accurately (No Hassles)
• Work with Delivery System for Top Notch Service.
• Notify Manager of any Problems with Customers
• Maintain Store Appearance (Clean & Organized)
• Help Train Less Experienced Team Members.
• Keep Management Informed of Competition
