About The Position
Mercedes-Benz of Dublin is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson to join their team. This full-time position offers a unique and predictable 5-week rotating schedule that ensures every parts counter person works three 4-day workweeks, only works 2 Saturdays out of every 5, and has one scheduled weekday off each week, resulting in a true 4-day weekend. The company has a strong Parts Department foundation and is looking for a professional who takes pride in their work, is accurate, efficient, and understands the value of teamwork. The role involves supporting technicians, advisors, wholesale and retail customers, sourcing and ordering parts, organizing orders, and contributing to the department's smooth operation during busy periods.
Requirements
- 12+ months of automotive dealership parts experience (retail automotive parts store experience will also be considered)
- Strong parts-counter, organizational, and computer skills
- Accuracy and efficiency in a busy dealership environment
- A work ethic your teammates can rely on
- Valid, clean driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening
