Responsibilities
- Identify and source automotive parts for technicians and customers.
- Look up parts using electronic parts catalogs, manufacturer systems, and parts databases.
- Create and process parts orders, invoices, and purchase orders.
- Process parts returns accurately and efficiently.
- Receive incoming parts and verify them for accuracy, quantity, and damage.
- Assist technicians and customers with parts-related questions and requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department and individual work area.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service.
