About The Position

Crown Automotive Group is seeking a full-time, paid Parts Apprentice to join their Mercedes-Benz Parts Department. This role is designed for individuals aspiring to a long-term career in the automotive industry, offering a clear path for growth. The apprentice will develop a strong foundation in parts operations and inventory flow, while gradually training on dealership systems, parts processes, and customer support functions. This position is integral to the company's long-term succession planning, aiming to replace an experienced counter person and build future depth within the team. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years)
• Ability to pass drug and background screening

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage parts for technicians and wholesale customers
• Deliver parts to service bays efficiently
• Assist with hot-shot deliveries as needed
• Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control
• Process parts returns and core handling
• Maintain organized bin locations and department cleanliness
• Be proficient in parts processes and logistics (within 6-12 months)
• Begin assisting at the parts counter (within 6-12 months)
• Handle internal or phone-based wholesale support (within 6-12 months)
