We are seeking a skilled Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join our team. This role offers training compensation during the initial phase, transitioning to a combination of hourly rate and commission as you build your customer base. The position offers commission-based, uncapped earning potential with a long-term earning potential of $60,000-$150,000+ per year. We are looking for individuals who are hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to learn a specialized skill with unlimited earning potential. Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
