About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This role involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. The technician will travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site, review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals. Building strong customer relationships and promoting services are key aspects of the position. The company offers training compensation, phased combo compensation of hourly rate and commission, and uncapped earning potential. All candidates selected for an offer will undergo post-offer, pre-employment screening appropriate to the role, which may include a physical examination, vision assessment, background check, and drug screening.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
