About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This role involves traveling to customer locations or working at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. The technician will also be responsible for reviewing completed work with customers, managing work orders, and negotiating approvals. This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential, offering a stable and growing career opportunity within a company that repairs millions of vehicles annually across 43 states.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair Technician
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
