About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an experienced Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to join their growing team. This role involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. The technician will travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site, review completed work with customers, manage work orders, and negotiate approvals. The position offers commission-based uncapped earning potential and the opportunity to build strong customer relationships and promote services.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair Technician
Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
