About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This role involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. The position offers comprehensive paid training for individuals with no prior experience, leading to unlimited earning potential. Responsibilities include traveling to customer locations or working at assigned sites, reviewing completed work with customers, writing work orders, negotiating approvals, building customer relationships, and promoting services.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities
