Dent Wizard is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This role involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. The position offers comprehensive paid training, with compensation transitioning from training rates to a combination of hourly pay and commission as the technician builds their customer base. The role emphasizes unlimited, uncapped earning potential, with long-term earning potential ranging from $60,000 to $150,000+. The company is a leader in automotive reconditioning services and vehicle protection products, with a strong business model and opportunities across 43 states.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
- Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our services
