About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking a motivated individual to join their team as an Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This role involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. The position offers comprehensive paid training, with compensation transitioning from hourly during training to a combination of hourly rate and commission as the technician builds their customer base. There is uncapped earning potential, with long-term earning potential estimated between $60,000-$150,000+ annually. The company emphasizes a stable and growing business model with opportunities across 43 states and a large volume of vehicles repaired annually.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process
- Review completed work with customers
- Walk lots
- Write work orders
- Negotiate approvals
- Build strong customer relationships
