About The Position

We are stable, growing, and have a strong business model with opportunities in 43 states. We repair 2.5 million vehicles every year and employ more than 3,000 highly skilled employees. This is an entry-level position with paid training provided. Training compensation is at an hourly rate, then phased into a combination of hourly rate and commission as you build your customer base. There is uncapped earning potential, with first-year earnings estimated between $50,000-$75,000 and long-term potential of $70,000-$150,000+.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process on various vehicles.
Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
