About The Position

Dent Wizard is seeking an entry-level Automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This role offers comprehensive, paid training for individuals with no prior experience. The company provides transportation, lodging, and meals during the 8-week training period. Upon completion of training, technicians will transition to a commission-based compensation structure with uncapped earning potential. The position involves traveling to customer locations to repair minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. Responsibilities also include reviewing completed work with customers, writing work orders, negotiating approvals, building customer relationships, and promoting services. Dent Wizard is a leader in automotive reconditioning services with opportunities across 43 states.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record

Responsibilities
