About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking a motivated individual to train as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This role involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. The position offers comprehensive paid training, uncapped earning potential, and a supportive team environment. No prior experience is needed, as the company provides extensive training, including 8 weeks of hands-on and classroom instruction with travel and lodging included. The role requires travel to customer locations or working at an assigned site, reviewing completed work with customers, writing work orders, and negotiating approvals. Building strong customer relationships and promoting services are key aspects of the job. The company emphasizes independence and offers opportunities for career advancement.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
