About The Position

Caliber Collision is hiring an Automotive Painter for its Lancaster, Pennsylvania service center. The role performs paint operations, including preparing color tints to match vehicle paint, mixing colors, and ensuring formulations, preparation, top coating, curing, application sequence, timing, and materials usage meet OEM-recommended standards. The painter ensures paint operations are complete, removes all masking, and reassembles paint-related components disassembled before returning the vehicle to the body technician. The position offers pay of $85,000 to $120,000 or more, based on experience. Requirements

At least 3 years of experience in paint operations within a collision center.
Ability to reach below and above shoulder level, kneel, bend, squat, and lift objects over 50 pounds.
Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work through competing priorities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing.
